Sending Hardware Avenue a review product:

If you would like HA to review a PC hardware related product then we will be delighted to receive it. However, there are a few guidelines needing to be clear before sending:

- All products sent, unless specified before hand, are to be kept in the Hardware Avenue review labs. Doing so will allow for future publications on HA with this product including updated driver tests, updated firmware tests and so on. Products will not be sold or given away through means of a contest unless permission is granted by the senders.

- If you have specified you would like your review sample(s) back, shipping costs will be covered by the company through supplying us with your shipping account number, or by organising a pickup with the courier of your choice. Hardware Avenue can't be responsible for the payment of return shipping.

- Hardware Avenue cannot be held responsible for hardware sent that is damaged or broken during the review process. All review products are tested so that modification is an issue (e.g. changing cooling on a video card for standard retail cooling comparison).

- Sending a product does not guarantee a positive review. All reviews are conducted on a true and fair basis and we will publish what conclusions we reach. Nothing 'persuades' our decision on a product besides the product itself.

- Reviews conducted by myself (Nathan nzaweird@hardavenue.com) are also likely to be posted on www.GameStats.com within the near future after posted on HA. All reviews are first posted on Hardware Avenue.
